Non-Ferrous Forgings
CPF is a traditional producer of open-die and closed-die forgings from non-ferrous metals such as alloys of aluminum, alloys of copper, alloys of Nickel (Nimonic) and alloys of Titanium. During its long existence, the company has built up know-how, and the equipment for forging non-ferrous metals for domestic and foreign customers in the fields of aviation, defense industry, power generation, turbochargers, and others.
Non-ferrous forgings are produced by both closed-die forging and open-die forging, with subsequent heat treatment and testing. Among the main types of components forged areAl forgings of propeller blades, Al or Ti wheels for turbochargers, Ti blades for gas or steam turbines, or for example Al track wheels for armored vehicles.
