Carbon and alloy steels
Ferrous metal forgings are a key part of our production, with the most commonly used material being 42CrMo4 (1.7225 acc. to EN 10083-3), alloy steel, valued for its high strength, toughness and resistance to fatigue and wear. However, we also process other carbon and alloy steels that find application in applications with extreme mechanical or temperature demands. Through open and closed-die forging, we achieve precise shape, the necessary flow of fibers oriented according to the shape of the forging and stable mechanical properties of the forgings. Each piece undergoes careful quality control to meet specific customer requirements and provide long-term reliability in demanding operating conditions.
