Forging from ferrous and non-ferrous metals forms the basis of our production specialization and allows us to cover a wide range of requirements across various industrial sectors. From ferrous materials, we process carbon, alloy and stainless steels, which excel in high strength, wear resistance and stability of mechanical properties. Non-ferrous metals, especially aluminum and copper alloys or their modern high-strength variants, bring advantages in the form of low weight, good formability and excellent corrosion resistance. Thanks to the combination of traditional forging processes and modern technology, we are able to ensure the required structure of the formed material for each forging.

Our production capacities include both open-die and closed-die forging, which allows us to respond flexibly to small and large series, complex shapes and specific requirements for dimensional accuracy. Each product undergoes rigorous quality control and technological optimization to meet customer expectations in areas where high demands are placed on reliability, durability and mechanical resistance. We work with customers already in the design phase to achieve the ideal balance between material, shape and economic efficiency of production.
