CPF company is fully equipped with modern equipment for heat treatment of all forgings it produces. In addition, heat treatment capacity is available for for external customers. For the heat treatment process, CPF uses among others the following production equipment:
Electric resistive furnaces
Quenching pools with water and oil
Gas furnace for annealing and normalization annealing with maximum dimensions of 2,8 x 3,5 x 1,1m
New continuous quenching lines (medium water / oil)
New electric resistive furnace FORNAX for heat treatment of Al alloys.
Vertical electric furnaces for annealing and tempering
New saws for sample cutting and laboratory testing
Automatic line for measuring hardness

In addition, CPF is equipped by an equipment for HT of Al and Cu alloys on a modern quenching kiln FORNAX
Steel containing carbon up to about 1.2%, and only residual amounts of other elements except for those added for composition control, with silicon usually limited to 0.60 % and manganese to 1.65%
CPF is Czech forge producing open-die (free) forgings, closed-die (drop) forgings, steel forgings, aluminium forgings, copper forgings, brass forgings, titanium forgings, nimomic forgings like p.e. forged turbine blades, forged compressor blades, forged connecting rods, forged gear wheels, forged crankshafts, forged valves, forged rings, forged shafts, forged propeller blades and other types of hot forgings. CPF is certified by ISO 9001:2015, Det Norske Veritas (DNV), American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), Bureau Veritas (BV), Lloyd's Register of Shipping (LR), Germanischer Lloyd (GL), RINA, TÜV NORD, Korean Register of Shipping (KR), Česká dráhy (ČD), Deutsche Bahn (DB).
